TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Orders
Orders can be made in the following ways:
• Online using the shopping basket. This allow payment by credit or payment card and is administered on our behalf  by PayPal.
• By mail, cheque or postal order made payable to BestCity Ltd. 
• By telephone or fax.
• Please remember to give your full name and address to ensure there is no delay in dispatching the goods. This must be the same as the cardholder for security reasons.
 

2. Prices
Our company is not currently VAT registered.

3. Delivery
BestCity Tackle dispatch to customers worldwide.
All our goods are delivered from stock.
We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day the order is received and should be delivered within 3 working days. 
Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail. Should an overnight service be required this can be arranged by telephoning us on 0845 303 2672.

4. Shipping Charges
 Shipping charges will be added to the goods total during the checkout process.
