Cancellation, Refunds and Returns Policy
Customers may return goods if they are disatisfied with any aspect of the purchase up to 28 days from receipt.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition. Customers must bear the postage cost of all returns unless goods are faulty in which case we will reimburse any return shipping costs.
Should you wish to cancel an order or make a return please contact us by one of the methods below.
We will issue you with a returns number and ensure you are refunded or have your goods replaced if you prefer.
We undertake to make refunds within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
